Prawns – tomato soup, olive sponge, young basil, kefalograviera crisp
Beetroot – raw, pickled, pressed, roasted, horseradish yoghurt, cumin vinaigrette
Duck – mountain tea smoked duck breast, caraway glazed carrots, date relish

Main – Kyria
Fish of the Day – pan-fried, charred corn, red onion, smoked almonds, soft herbs
Suckling pig – baklava, cider caramel
Lamb – ‘roast’ miso mousaka

Dessert – Glyka
Aphrodite – white cholocate mousse, cherries, roses, soil scent
Tzatziki glyko – candied cucumber, honey cream, yoghurt snow, pistachio powder
Icecream – a selection of sorbets and icecreams
