NOSE TO TAIL BEAST DINNERS

During September Head Chef Joe Grbac and Sommelier Marc Esteve Mateu will be hosting intimate dinners in The Cellar Room.

Joe will be using a full beast to design the five course menu, and Marc will then match wines to suit each dish.

Tickets to these dinners are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Dates: 6 and 13 September
Cost: $195 per person, includes five courses with wine match
