THE PRESS CLUB GROUP

The Press Club Group have three restaurants in Melbourne – The Press Club Restaurant and Bar, Maha and Hellenic Republic – with a fourth, St Katherines, set to open in Kew in October 2010.

The company is headed by four directors.  George Calombaris brings a wealth of kitchen and service experience, and his innovation and determination for excellence ensures that he is a dominant force in the Australian culinary scene.  George Sykiotis is the dynamic force behind a number of cafes, bars and restaurants in Melbourne, but it is with the Press Club Group that his vision catches up with his passion.

Tony Lachimea and Joe Calleja take time out from running their successful business Apex Steel to participate in the operations of the business.

Shane Delia came on board with the opening of Maha and is looking forward to opening St Katherines in October 2010.
